About This Car
This 2007 Mercedes-Benz CLK63 AMG cabriolet was purchased by the current owner in 2013 and has since been driven 40k of the 71k miles indicated. The car has been modified with a RENNtech Stage 1 ECU tune and is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. It is finished in black over black Nappa leather, and additional equipment includes a power-operated black soft top, Parktronic, 18″ five-spoke AMG aluminum alloy wheels, heated power-adjustable front seats, a six-disc CD changer, navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control. This A209 CLK63 AMG is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner at no reserve with the owner’s manual, an iCarsoft diagnostic tool, two keys, and a clean Florida title in the current owner’s name.
The car is finished in Black (040) and features a power-operated black convertible top, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, power-adjustable heated side mirrors, parking sensors, twin polished exhaust outlets, and AMG styling including revised bumper covers and side skirts. A July 2014 entry in the Carfax report notes “very minor damage” to the left rear, and an August 2015 entry notes “minor damage” to the right side and right rear. Paintwork was performed following both incidents, and the front bumper cover was refinished in 2016. The underside of the front bumper is scratched, and a scrape on the rear bumper is noted by the seller.
The 18″ five-spoke AMG aluminum alloy wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 255/35 rear Sumitomo tires. The car is equipped with an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) as well as an independent front and multilink rear AMG-tuned suspension. Stopping power is provided by AMG-enhanced six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers over 14.2â³ and 13â³ rotors, respectively. The steering gear was replaced in September 2024.
The cabin features heated 10-way power-adjustable front seats trimmed in black Nappa leather, which extends to the door panels. Interior amenities include a multicontour driver seat, front seat position memory, a glovebox-mounted six-disc CD changer, cruise control, COMAND with navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The leather-wrapped four-spoke steering wheel frames a central 200-mph speedometer, an AMG-branded 8k-rpm tachometer, and an analog clock along with readouts for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 72k miles, approximately 40k of which were added under current ownership.
The 6.2-liter M156 V8 was factory rated at 475 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque and has been modified with a VIN-specific RENNtech Stage 1 ECU tune, which the seller notes can be reverted back to stock utilizing the included OBD-II iCarsoft diagnostic tool. The air filter and evaporative emissions vent purge valve were replaced, and an oil change was performed in September 2024.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed AMG SpeedShift automatic transmission.
The Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage report entries.
