This 2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG cabriolet was purchased in 2008 by the seller, who has since added approximately 39k of its 47k miles. The car is powered by a 5.4-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Alabaster White over black leather upholstery. Features include a power-operated black soft top, bi-xenon headlights, Parktronic, 18″ split-spoke AMG aluminum alloy wheels, heated and ventilated power-adjustable front seats, a six-disc CD changer, a 10-speaker Harman Kardon Logic7 sound system, COMAND with DVD-based GPS navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The 18″ split-spoke AMG aluminum alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The car is equipped with an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) as well as an independent front and multilink rear AMG-tuned suspension. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel discs.
The cabin features heated and ventilated 10-way power-adjustable multicontour front sport seats trimmed in black leather, which extends to the door panels. Interior amenities include front seat position memory, a glovebox-mounted six-disc CD changer, a 10-speaker Harman Kardon Logic7 sound system, cruise control, COMAND with DVD-based GPS navigation, and dual-zone automatic climate control. A Tele Aid system was equipped from the factory and the selling dealer states that the car is satellite-radio capable. There is wear on the driver’s seat bottom, and the seat control module was replaced in 2022.
The leather-wrapped four-spoke steering wheel features gearshift buttons and frames a central 200-mph speedometer, an AMG-branded 7k-rpm tachometer, and an analog clock along with readouts for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 47k miles, approximately 39k of which were added under current ownership.
The 5.4-liter AMG-built SOHC 24-valve V8 was factory rated at 362 horsepower and 376 lb-ft of torque. The fuel pump lock ring and seal were replaced in 2022.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed AMG SpeedShift automatic transmission.
