About This Car
This 1993 Mercedes-Benz 290GD was restored in Poland between 2022 and 2024 when it was imported into the US by the selling dealer. It is finished in Dark Shadow Gray and equipped with a drop-side pickup bed, 2.9-liter diesel inline-five, four-speed manual transmission, dual-range transfer case, locking front and rear differentials, front disc brakes, aftermarket 16″ wheels, Sparco seats, and air conditioning. This W461 pickup is now offered with a clean Florida title.
The truck is finished in the Ford SVT Lightning color Dark Shadow Gray and features a drop-side pickup bed, a roof rack, a front brush bar, and a ball hitch.
The five-star 16″ wheels are finished in matte black and mounted with 285/75 Toyo Open Country tires. The spare is mounted on the roof rack. The truck is equipped with front disc brakes and has been fitted with a suspension lift.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 180-km/h speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 51k kilometers (~32k miles), approximately 200 miles of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.9-liter OM602 diesel inline-five was factory rated at 95 horsepower and 141 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with a granny gear, a dual-range transfer case, and front and rear locking differentials.
