About This Car
This 1994 Porsche 911 Speedster is one of 936 examples produced between 1992 and 1994, just 427 of which were built for the US market. It was purchased new by the seller from Bellevue Porsche in Bellevue, Washington. Powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six paired with a G50 five-speed manual transaxle, the car is finished in Grand Prix White over black leather upholstery. Equipment includes 17″ Cup alloy wheels, a black soft top, a speed-activated rear spoiler, a fiberglass twin-hump convertible-top cover panel, automatic climate control, a cassette stereo, power-adjustable seats, power windows, and cruise control. This 911 Speedster is offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.
The 964 Speedster features a fiberglass twin-hump convertible-top cover panel, a shorter windshield than that of the contemporary cabriolet, and a manually operated top mechanism. This example is finished Grand Prix White with a black soft top, fog lights, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and a single exhaust outlet. Struts for the hood, front trunk, and convertible-top cover panel were replaced in preparation for the sale. The seller notes a separation on the left side of the soft top, and close-up photographs of the exterior finish and trim are shown in the gallery below.
The polished and staggered-width 17″ Cup alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P Zero tires. Braking is handled by black Porsche-script calipers over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners.
The power-adjustable seats are upholstered in black leather and are complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes automatic climate control, a cassette stereo, power windows, and cruise control.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,800-rpm redline flanked by a 180-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, oil level, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows 42k miles, all of which were added under current ownership. The odometer was repaired in preparation for the sale.
The 3.6-liter flat-six was factory rated at 247 horsepower and 228 lb-ft of torque.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a G50 five-speed manual transaxle.
The window sticker lists initial delivery to Bellevue Porsche in Bellevue, Washington, as well as factory colors, equipment, and options.
The Carfax report is free of accidents or other reported damage.
